If you’re an airplane enthusiast or just somewhat, for old and modern planes, this museum has many of them to see up close. From a B-17 and B-29, B-52, many fighter jets, helicopters, a Space Shuttle Rocket Booster, an SR-71, and much more. Also many indoor displays of paraphernalia to see and interact with. A fun experience all around, even for kids. See their web page for more info.
Museum is open from 9am to 5pm.
Admission: Adults $15 (12+); Seniors $12 (62+); Veterans $10; Children $6 (5-11) and Free (0-4).
Optional 45 minute tram tours, $5, at 11am, 12pm, 2, 3, and 4pm.
Directions: The museum is just off I-215 and Van Buren blvd, which is 23 miles north beyond the I-15 and I-215 split in Temecula/Murieta area. Address above.
From Escondido it’s about 58 miles, an hours drive.
You can text Vinnie the day before that you will meet us there or just show up at the museum.

Bring your own drink and snack in pack, a sun hat or sun umbrella or sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes. If you carpool with someone, please contribute money $ to their gas cost.
